It was spotless, everyone was approachable! Room was functional with marvellous view. Antique hotel set in the adequate area. Service was personalised, we felt welcome.

Such a stellar experience. The location was top, the public spaces where fairly clean and the staff was funny. They served a great boxed breakfast. Shops and convenience stores were right next door.

good value and the best experience. we had free coffee in the lobby. what's mote - there was good internet. it was set in a downtown area. the restaurant was top-notch, we tried delightful dishes.

We had 7 nights in Miami Beach, spent our time here amazingly. Staff was amazing and the little extra touches like climate control, an individual safe and a mini fridge bar in the room was a treat. 10 mins walk to the center...
